Ducati Streetfighter with Competition Werkes Exhaust with homemade sound baffle. I made this part out of .032″ thick aluminum. The center hole is 1/2″ and the outer holes are 3/8″. It is not permanently mounted, just kind of clamped in place to test sound…so far I think it sounds MUCH better in person…not significantly quieter, [...]

This was my first attempt at building a smoker, based mostly on tips and instructions from Mark at smokinhornsbbq. It was a lot of fun, but took quite a bit longer than I expected. You feel like once you get the door working on the smoke chamber that you’re almost done, but that’s just the [...]

The coil is about 300-500 turns of 18 gauge magnet wire out of a car alternator. The power is supplied by a dewalt 18 volt drill battery at about 15-16 amps. The contactors are set up to supply power all of the time and the insulation starts to burn after about 10 seconds of running. [...]
This is my cobbed together first attempt at a 5-string, baritone resonator guitar. It still needs work but this is it so far. Can’t play it worth a crap yet either. But it’s got a vibrato! It’s an old Hitachi drill case (or reciprocating saw or something) with part of a Kawasaki Mule clutch assembly [...]
